I bring progressive design and construction, project management, workplace strategy, transactions, and real estate experience, including capital planning, real estate portfolio management, facilities management, and oversight. My background includes success overseeing new and expanding real estate portfolios through collaboration and by building trust with stakeholders and partners. I have excellent analytical, team leadership, and financial management skills. In my current role as Head of Design, Construction, and Workplace Strategy, I am responsible to plan and execute the full Capital program as well as plan and execute Workplace Strategy. In my previous role as VP at JLL I was responsible for leasing, transactions, and I developed, managed, and executed a full 10-year Capital Program for the Empire State Building, inclusive of budgeting, scheduling, and quarterly re-forecasting. I worked with retail and office partners within the real estate portfolio, including LinkedIn, Starbucks, Workday, McCann Erickson, IPG, and Shutterstock.
