About Danielle Tubinis

I like building systems that make complicated things work. Most of my experience sits at the intersection of messy data, cross-functional teams, and operations that need to scale. At PicnicHealth, I work closely with engineering, data, and clinical teams to support a platform that processes unstructured medical records and turns them into structured datasets, powering non-interventional pharmaceutical research. In practice, that’s meant stepping into ambiguous problems and building what’s missing — planning systems, documentation frameworks, workflows, lightweight tools, and systems that help teams move faster and more reliably.Lately, I’ve been especially interested in how AI tools can make operational systems more dynamic, particularly in environments where data is messy and the stakes are high.
