BuildMetrics is the data partner you didn\'t know you needed. We focus on creating value through simple, actionable solutions. When most analytics providers jump to a big data warehouse and expensive tooling, we use the tools you\'re already using and paying for. We want to bring you value from the get-go, not after a 6-month setup process that leaves you with more questions than when you started.I learned this lesson the hard way while working as a Data Analyst for the past 8 years. I\'ve built large analytics platforms and, conversely, delivered many analyses in Excel and Google Sheets. I understand the tradeoffs of both routes intimately. I\'ve also worked in the field, literally. I was a Sheet Metal worker for 7 years, building architectural panels for 2 companies across that time as part of Sheet Metal Workers Local 280. I don\'t need to talk in hypotheticals because I\'ve been there. Our solutions reflect that reality.

I\'m incredibly passionate about Data and have made that the center of my life through the past 8 years of work as a Data Analyst. So much so that I\'ve started a company to continue my Data work - BuildMetrics. BuildMetrics is a Data/Automation Company focused on helping Sheet Metal companies get the most out of their data and optimize their workflows. We identify tasks that are better automated, leaving you to do the important, skilled work. I have 2 cofounders with a wealth of knowledge across Construction, Project Management, Finance, and of course, Data. We operate on an Agency model, so our focus is on helping you answer the questions you\'re struggling with and identifying valuable data you may not be aware of. Our ethos is finding simple, actionable solutions to your problems and delivering them through the tools you feel most comfortable with. We start in Excel & Google Sheets and only introduce complexity as needed, because complexity = costs for you and we don\'t want that.My credentials:I worked in Sheet Metal during high school and University, building ACM panels here in British Columbia, Canada. After graduation, I honed my skills as a Data Analyst across 2 companies and 4 promotions. BuildMetrics is the result of 7 years of sheet metal work + 8 years as a Data Analyst.
