I lead the Analytics department - a team of data analysts and analytics engineers. We model & analyze data, equipping internal stakeholders and external customers with timely and relevant insights.Here are some of my accomplishments in this role- Built a modern data stack, team and processes, enabling richer analysis and efficiencies at scale- Led multiple vendor selection & implementation processes with cross-departmental stakeholders to select proper tooling for the business, including orchestration, cloud data warehouses, visualization platforms and embedded analytics- Drove weekly utilization of analytics offerings to over 60%- Conducted unification of disparate, mission critical data sources as a result of M&A activity.
