   As a team leader of a group of development and automation scientists, I lead the implementation of innovative genomics technologies for research and clinical applications. I also serve as CLIA/CAP Technical Supervisor, overseeing high-throughput workflows and the development of advanced assays that enables precision medicine. Key accomplishments- Developed and validated a comprehensive suite of clinical assays, including Illumina short-read WGS, WES, and custom amplicon assays; PacBio clinical HiFi WGS; and cfDNA profiling assays, impacting thousands of patient diagnoses- Supported development, implementation, and commercialization of multiple emerging technologies, including 10x single-cell RNA-seq, Olink Target and Olink Explore proteomics, Spatial Profiling (NanoString DSP, 10x Visium HD), and PacBio PureTarget target enrichment- Overseeing the automation strategy and implementing >$1.5 M of cutting-edge robotics and liquid handling systems to successfully scale operations and address bottlenecks- Established and managed strategic relationships with key vendors/collaborators, participating in various alpha/beta testing programs and marketing efforts, cementing Azenta\'s position as a leader in genomics innovation.
