Develop and implement IT strategy, annual capital budget, and systems roadmap by working collaboratively with the chief information officer (CIO)- Render oversight to multi-phase, multi-dimensional, and multi-resource projects from inception to execution - Strictly adhere to operational aspects of contracted consultants to guarantee on-time delivery of contractual commitments - Closely collaborate with project teams, as well as internal and external application subject matter experts to meet objectives - Create a blueprint for food and beverage systems along with strategy and requirements while handling search for in-house and contracted services and support - Keenly track and make changes on estimates to apply new constraints and provide prompt response to resolve key issues upon escalation - Directed the enterprise project management office which involved project intake, requirements development, and project prioritization and approval; and budget management for capital projects to guarantee best output and within set budget - Take charge of understanding and managing risks which involved carrying out the following responsibilities- Making decisions on acceptable and unacceptable risks for each engagement- Formulating a mitigation plan for each acceptable risk; and - Identifying the responsible individuals to deal with the risk and implement the mitigation plan.
