Installation Law; drafts opinion of legal adequacy and regulatory compliance regarding issues relating to contracting, installation funding, and the drug treatment program, among others;• Adverse Actions; reviews actions for administrative demotion and separation from the Air National Guard and drafts opinion of legal sufficiency; provides training on legal requirements for action;• Legal Readiness Support; provides counseling for base personnel concerning legal issues affecting military service; drafts wills, powers of attorney, and other documents as needed;• National Liaison; selected as liaison to the ANG Judge Advocate General Leadership Council; provides administrative and legal support and direction for base legal offices in the northeast US;• Training Management; directs training, development, and educational programs for all Maine ANG attorneys and paralegals and preventative law program for Maine Air National Guard assets.
