Built a scalable server-driven UI system that decoupled client releases from backend iteration, reducing major UI launch cycles to < 2 months- Engineered a low-latency data pipeline leveraging Flink, Kinesis, and Postgres to aggregate high-volume user events in real-time. Optimized processing throughput and reduced operational load, unlocking immediate data availability for critical business decisioning systems- Redesigned the Growth Post Success Upsell architecture with a lightweight, eligibility-based SDUI pattern, cutting rollout time for new experiments from multiple sprints to days. Increased experimentation velocity by 3x, directly driving a XX%+ lift in key business metrics- Defined technical strategy for the Cards & Growth track, partnering with Product and Design leadership to translate ambiguous business goals into executable engineering milestones.
