   Coach and lead a team of test managers, architects, engineers in addition to reliability and compliance engineers. • Unite leaders, architects, and engineers from across the division’s systems quality groups to resolve common challenges and harmonize disparate design V&V processes. • Accountable for overall strategy and execution of design verification and validation of hardware and software for best-in-class digital mammography systems, breast biopsy systems, and breast visualization products, including new product launches and incremental software releases. • Managed transition of change-tracking tools for all of R&D, from IBM Rational ClearQuest to Atlassian JIRA, including collaborating across R&D to gather, implement, and validate user needs. • Aligned the team to a shared vision, values, and expectations and identified continuous improvement opportunities and measures for success. • Managed implementation and monthly execution of operating system and third-party software security patch testing and delivery. Implemented a similar program for antivirus compatibility testing for major antivirus vendors against capital equipment. • Author of cybersecurity reports for all breast health capital equipment based on IEC/TR 2’s listed security capabilities. • Presented to the entire division on the team’s automated test efforts, including explaining the benefits of driving the reliability of test results and the target system.
