I\'ve spent my career building technology businesses and backing founders — from co-founding the UK\'s leading trades marketplace to chairing AI and healthtech companies working with the NHS today.Most of that time has been at the intersection of two things I find interesting: how digital platforms create trust between strangers at scale, and how technology changes the way people access services that matter — health, home, work.I currently chair three businesses. Welldoing.org connects people with verified therapists and counsellors across the UK. FatFish Digital builds AI and digital products for healthcare and regulated industries. Carradale Futures runs an AI-assisted governance platform used by NHS trusts, mental health services and pharmacies across the UK, Australia and Barbados.As an angel investor I\'ve backed a range of data-driven technology businesses across fintech, healthtech and commerce — some of which have scaled significantly. I\'ve supported numerous fundraising rounds across my portfolio, seen businesses through to successful exits, and have a clear sense of what separates the ones that scale from those that don\'t.I\'m most useful to founders and leadership teams who are past product-market fit and into the hard and messy reality of building something that can endure at scale.
