   Senior Principal Product Manager for Hybrid Cloud Security, focusing on OpenShift Container Platform including Advanced Cluster Security and ecosystem security partners integrations At Red Hat, I had the opportunity to significantly impact cloud-native security, compliance, product management, and Product-Led Growth. Building Red Hat Advanced Cluster Security Cloud Service from Inception to GA: Led the development of Red Hat Advanced Cluster Security (RHACS) Cloud Service, a pioneering SaaS solution designed to enhance the security of containerized applications and infrastructure. This encompassed defining the product vision, creating the roadmap, setting strategic goals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring the vision to life. Successfully took RHACS from concept to a fully-featured SaaS offering that delivers top-notch security capabilities for our customers. Responsible for OpenShift Compliance: Ensured seamless integration of RHACS with Red Hat OpenShift, a leading Kubernetes platform. Worked closely with OpenShift engineering teams to guarantee compliance with standards, resulting in a well-integrated security platform for containerized applications. Integration of RHACS with Third-Party Products: Lead integration efforts with various third-party products and security tools, enhancing the overall value proposition of RHACS. These integrations allowed our customers to incorporate our solution into their existing security ecosystem seamlessly. Championing Product-Led Growth: Spearheaded the implementation of Product-Led Growth strategies, utilizing advanced tools such as Amplitude and Intercom to drive user engagement, product adoption, and overall growth, and leverage data-driven insights to make informed decisions that improved the user experience and the product\'s success.
