October 2022 to present; VP, Recruiting Manager As Recruiting Manager for Delaware, I am responsible for the tech hiring demand, strategy and change management as well as building out a high performing recruiting team that will be able to deliver on a book of work which is 300+ positions. We are a metric and data driven environment which requires reporting to Sr. level management both in Recruiting and the business. Our scope is broad yet defined to Architecture and Software Engineering coupled with a concentration in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. July 2021 to present; VP, Cohort Recruiting Lead Delaware and Tampa. Cohort, is a new way to hire top talent in a challenging and competitive market. I am responsible for two teams; one in Delaware and the other in Tampa. On a weekly basis, I will organize and schedule an interview day that will include a full slate of 24 candidates and interviewers, debrief sessions and offer placement calls. Each of my recruiters are challenged with identifying, screening and scheduling candidates with a Software Engineering background in Java, Python and/or Java Script. This interview strategy, has been developed through a strong partnership with Tech Leadership, understanding their need from a demand prospective and delivering a product that will be a success as we move forward. May 2018 to June 2021; VP, Technical Recruiter Responsibilities included for full life cycle recruiting for Technical roles with our main lines of business; Consumer & Community Banking ( CCB), Asset & Wealth Management (AWM), Corporate Technology (CT) and Corporate Investment Banking (CIB). The scope of these technical roles included Java, Micro services, Kafka, Cassandra, AWS Cloud, UI, React and AngularJS. This role also included building partnerships with the stakeholders and senior leaders, offer negotiation and positive new hire experience
