   Built and lead the company’s digital products business, responsible for strategy and commercialization of technology-enabled solutions supporting distributed energy, EV infrastructure, and data center markets. Held P&L accountability for the digital products portfolio, including operating budget oversight, investment prioritization, and financial performance. Built the business from concept, establishing strategy for software and data-driven offerings that complement the company’s core hardware and infrastructure solutions. Defined product vision, market positioning, and commercialization strategy for digital offerings serving distributed energy and infrastructure customers while establishing governance, legal, and data compliance structures in collaboration with legal, IT, and business leaders. Led development of the product and data platform capabilities required to support scalable software-enabled services. In addition to leading digital products, appointed to lead the P&L, turnaround, and stabilization of the company’s commercial biogas business during a period of significant operational, regulatory, and financial challenges. Resolved all regulatory issues and brought the facility into full compliance with federal and state environmental requirements. Increased first-year revenue 17% through operational improvements and more efficient asset utilization. Renegotiated key vendor agreements (trucking, gas offtake, feedstock supply, and service contracts) to strengthen legal protections and operational reliability, transitioned plant operations from a third-party operator to an internal team to improve accountability and reduce cost, and led business continuity planning and insurance compliance to meet carrier risk requirements.
