   Working for the Global CIO, I oversee a team of professionals that provide or coordinate services for IT Service Management and End User Experience.Our IT Service Management is not only in support of the GCIO, but from a tool perspective (ServiceNow) we also provide services to functional stakeholders in Human Resources, Finance and Administration, Real Estate & Facilities, and Security.I establish policies and processes and manage partner teams that provide services to our end users.We are responsible for delivering:Change Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, Service Request Management, Incident Management, Major Incident Management, Service Desk, ITSM Tool (ServiceNow) which includes development (Agile Scrum/Sprints) for new features, enhancements and functionality as well as run and maintain support. Coordination with ITAM, HAM, SAM teams. In our End User Experience category we provide or manage: Quality Assurance, Escalation & NotificationCommunications Management, Major Incident Reporting, Escalation & Notification), Collaboration with Corporate Communications to keep users informed, Survey Reviews, Reporting and Metrics, Service Level Management/Service Improvements/Operational Level Agreements. We partner with HR to provide an awesome onboarding experience including: Program Onboarding Coordination, User Onboarding Coordination (as well as Intern Program Coordination), working closely with the HR Talent Acquisition/Onboarding Partner teams. We also partner for User Offboarding Coordination (Engage Security, HRBP, and/or legal if and when necessary). I work with HR Business Partners and/or Employee Relations on cases that require special assistance.I am a member of the GCIO process review board. I work with our Environmental Sustainability team on metrics and initiatives; work on project teams when there are mergers & acquisitions. Presently holding a Top Secret security clearance and provide support to programs as needed.
