ABOUT DONN BROUHARD
My biggest passion in life is Hospitality Industry. I started as a youngster with my mother\'s catering business, making finger sandwiches. Then serving and cooking in her restaurant as a teenager. She gave me the itch and I have been scratching it ever since! I enjoy being an innovator. I am an out of the box thinker to produce revenue and create efficiencies. Operational standards are in the forefront of my mind daily! Creating a positive guest experience, while improving service standards takes pride, focus and management buy in. My biggest asset is sharing my passion and relating my experiences to help motivate and mentor department managers. Creating marketing plans, developing more efficiencies in the service of guests, lowering expenses, developing vendor relations, everything I do relates to increasing revenue or reducing expenses. There is no business too big or small for managing the details. Being successful is all in the details.
