As a Manufacturing Project Manager, I lead projects to improve quality and throughput. I developed the Manufacturing Standard for Fastening Bolted Joints that serves as the template for how to deploy and manage torque tools in North America. I led the implementation of torque rate control for safety critical fastening processes. I am leading a $5.8m transformation of the axle dressing business that will replace the line control system, control the assembly process based on the customer bill of material, and control the fastening of all safety critical joints in this assembly process.
