   Reporting to US head of finance, oversee general accounting, including financial reporting, tax compliance for both Tris Pharma Inc and related real estate entities, covenant calculations, and AP/AR. Manage team of 8, inclusive of Assistant Controller, managers of financial accounting, cost accounting, and gross-to-net, as well as 4 AP/AR associates. • Led organization through audit firm transition to PwC, part of broader strategy to mature financial operations.• Recruited and retained assistant controller with 15 years of Big 4 experience, building operational capacity enabling expansion of distribution model from one 3PL to three and elevating tax planning capabilities. • Drove realization and resolution of $2M in excess Chargeback and Rebate deductions; coached both internal and 3PL Accounts Receivable teams on best practices • Champion digitization and technology adoption; currently implementing Planful, evolving from flat, Excel-based reporting to advanced budgeting and reporting with dynamic scenario planning and predictive features.• Stewarded transition from single operating entity to multiple, including entity creation and consolidation infrastructure in JDE, as well as training and workflows for monthly/annual roll up reporting.
