Senior Software Engineer currently working mainly on the development of software components in the field of Computer Telephony Integration (CTI), related to #phones, a product dedicated to the creation and management of Contact Centers. From joining IFM Infomaster until 2004 I worked (using C++ GlobalCall API) on a product named PhoneSwitch, a SoftSwitch PBX (based on Intel Dialogic boards). Frequently being in contact with Intel Dialogic Technical Support in Belgium to improve library and fix bugs in firmware. I then worked on a product named LightHouse, a SoftSwitch PBX based on ISDN boards made by IFM Infomaster itself. I worked on a proprietary ISDN signalling library and on a SIP signaling library based on reSIProcate C++ library. I actively participated in contributing to the reSIProcate community. I also have experience working in C++ using Windows API, ATL/WTL and MFC, while more recently I have worked in other languages, mainly C# language, but also Python and JavaScript. I have considerable experience of C# language having worked on a project named Lighthouse Communications Xtender, creating, for example, a custom protocol gateway based on XMPP, using MatriX XMPP SDK. More recently I have worked on SOA services using ServiceStack framework to expose (SOAP and REST) API to connect to #phones. I am currently working on development and maintenance of website using ASP.NET MVC framework.
