About Diana Littleton

What do I bring to every role? An invigorating new perspective, a passion for facilitating brainstorming sessions extraordinaire to develop alternative solutions, and a contagious enthusiasm for making things run much, much (much) better.I enjoy a challenge, taking chaos and bringing it to order, doing things no one has done before. And I’ve been doing it since I was a child, my father taught me that, whenever possible, to leave something better than I found it. Any chore I had became an opportunity to improve a process or rethink the outcome. My parents were not always thrilled with these changes, but they had to admit that I had a different way of looking at things.A self-titled “creative geek,” I love technology and its potential; and stay on top of what’s out there and how it can improve how we do things. It’s not about the bits and bytes to me, but the positive impact that technology can bring. At my core, I possess an:inner drive to compete, balanced with a deep-seated sensitivity for others; “an empathetic competitor,” I love to win but never in a way that harms another;inclination to notice and optimize patterns that improve efficiency and/or success;ability to help those with differing views find common ground, which is based on my beliefs in the power of harmony, that little is gained from conflict and friction, and that we succeed together or fail separately; andsuch a love for solving problems, I’m energized by and enjoy analyzing symptoms, identifying what is wrong, and finding the solution.EXPERTISEChannel Strategy Business DevelopmentConflict ManagementCybersecurityDomestic & Foreign Government EngagementEnterprise Business DevelopmentGlobal LeadershipNegotiatingOperational ExcellencePartnershipsProduct ManagementProgram & Project ManagementSales Enablement & OperationsSoftware as a Service (SaaS)Strategic PlanningTeam BuildingAs passionate as I am about what I bring to the workplace, I am equally so about my life outside of work where you will find me: Playing or listening to music; often planning vacations around music events.Being outside, whether gardening, taking a walk, or just sitting and reading.Traveling! I love visiting new places and learning about their history. Put me on a plane or the open road; it’s all an adventure!Supporting causes I care about, such as our troops and the freedom they fought for and animal welfare. I volunteer regularly with the USO and focus on adopting pets with special needs (abuse rescues and/or medical rescues).
