Community Development in Somalia & Ethiopia, directed the relationship between a national NGO and the United Nations High Commission for Refugees in Guinea, West Africa, performed Senior Leadership coaching to program teams in Asia, provided organizational capacity building for Indonesian NGO responding to the 2004 Boxing Day Tsunami in Banda Ache, Sumatra and delivered post-project evaluation of two different NGO\'s on humanitarian operations following Cyclone Nargis in Myanmar.When not at work, you can find me alongside my wife enjoying our 2 adult children, 4 grandchildren, and keeping an eye on my parents to ensure their comfort and care. When we are not spoiling our cat and dog we enjoy the scenic outdoors, fishing, camping and hiking. Rainy days are for reading, travel, Global history and everyone likes sports & snacks.
