The Clarity4D profiles incorporate a behavioural model and psychometric tool based on the work of Carl Jung. They use colour to identify the four basic personality types. Personality profiling helps people to raise self-awareness, and also recognise the personality styles of their friends, loved-ones and colleagues. The use of colour in the personality profile is a visual way of creating an internationally understood language which breaks down barriers in cultures, communities, corporations and personal relationships. It is designed to be an affordable, online global tool.
