Sago principals have extensive experience in both real estate investments and transactions as well as operating company management. This deep and diverse background allows us to evaluate both real property investments and tenants with every transaction. We personally conduct extensive due diligence, including in-person visits, to verify all seller representations. This hands-on approach also allows us to pursue attractive sale-leaseback opportunities. We have a long history of working together, and this familiarity allows us to work efficiently and quickly—greatly benefiting our partners. We are continually reviewing proposals and engaging our networks across North America to stay ahead of trends and opportunities.
