Sago is an independent, Texas-based firm working to create the strongest long-term investments for, and relationships with, our partners.We are seeking to be our partners’ first and best resource for compelling, stable, and high-yield opportunities in all markets and categories of real property assets. Sago principals have extensive experience in both real estate investments and transactions as well as operating company management. This deep and diverse background allows us to evaluate both real property investments and tenants with every transaction. We personally conduct extensive due diligence, including in-person visits, to verify all seller representations. This hands-on approach also allows us to pursue attractive sale-leaseback opportunities. We have a long history of working together, and this familiarity allows us to work efficiently and quickly—greatly benefiting our partners. We are continually reviewing proposals and engaging our networks across North America to stay ahead of trends and opportunities. Then, when investments are prudent, we are able to act without the cost and delay of larger firms.Sago also provides the greatest transparency in our investments and operations to our growing network of partners across the country.
