My career began in staffing as an Account Executive with J.B. Brown & Associates, Inc, an executive search firm located in Cleveland, Ohio, where I specialized in the recruitment of Sales Executives and leadership within manufacturing organizations. In 1992, I founded Inova Staffing Services (formally Integrity Staffing Services) and have led its growth from start-up to its current place as a leader in workforce management solutions. Under my executive leadership, Inova now operates in 16 locations across the United States and continues to grow and expand. Inova Staffing Services helps businesses navigate their staffing and human resource needs. With a vested interest in the communities we serve, we focus our expertise on the people and businesses of the region to forge a stronger, more resilient and talented workforce. We provide client companies with temporary staffing, temp-to-hire, direct placement recruiting services, and payroll services to meet their ever-changing workforce needs.I am a graduate of The Ohio State University, and hold a BSBA in real estate and finance. I am currently a member of VISTAGE and previously served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Ohio Staffing & Search Association.
