My Super Power is a combined recipe of determination, resiliency, adaptability, communication and creative thinking. The result of this combination is best described as an Ant!Ant\'s are able to lift 20 times their own body weight. They don\'t have ears but they feel vibrations in the ground through their feet. When an Ant fights it\'s to the death. Ant\'s are social and live in groups. Ant\'s are expert problem solvers. Ant\'s leave a pheromone trail when they are out and about foraging so they know their way back.I seek out the most challenging positions that often have tasks levels above my current experience. I get to know my Teams strengths and weaknesses and intently listen to my Team as they communicate challenges they face. I take on challenges with a \"Fight to the Death\" mentality and refuse to be defeated. I recognize the strength of a Team and therefore ensure victory by leveraging my Team\'s super powers.    I help deliver telecommunications services for our clients from one point to another.This includes but is not limited to the installation, repair, configure, testing and preventative maintenance of network equipment, telecommunications equipment and computers.I am proficient in using the Halcyon, Viavi 5800 and O-Scope test sets for analog, digital and IP circuit testing.My role includes traveling all across the state of Alaska to include remote villages which requires the ability to build relationships with the local population in order to execute precise travel plans to meet our customers needs.
