As an established litigation partner, I leverage my experience and expertise in products liability and recalls, consumer products, class actions, and aviation to represent clients in high-stakes and challenging cases. Nominated by President Trump and confirmed by the US Senate, I served as a commissioner on the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) from 20••••22. At the CPSC, as one of 5 commissioners, I oversaw the agency\'s enforcement, rulemaking, and education activities, and worked to protect consumers from unsafe products and promote innovation and competition. I also led several initiatives to enhance the agency\'s transparency, accountability, and stakeholder engagement. Prior to joining the CPSC, I was a partner at Jones Day, where I handled complex litigation and business matters.
