With over 30-years as a corporate wellness professional, I’ve developed consulting services that include the development and growth of employee wellness programs with a directive of creating cost-efficient and productive workforces. A financial ROI is achievable from wellness services with the right programming in place. I work towards this by moving organizations out of dated and ineffective wellness strategies.As part of these services, I\'ve created Enlightwell. This is a wellness education platform that\'s mobile for populations that span across various work environments. Messaging includes guidance for behavioral and clinical practices to develop a proactive mindset for personal care.Services have been provided for AT & T, Cessna Aircraft, Columbus Regional Health, Macon-Bibb County, Columbus Hospice, TSYS, AFLAC, and Hughston Sports Medicine Hospital.
