ABOUT DAYNE TURBITT
Dayne Turbitt is Senior Vice President for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) at Snowflake, where he leads the region’s go-to-market operations.Dayne joined Snowflake from Anaplan, where he served as Managing Director for EMEA. He has more than 25 years of experience in enterprise technology leadership, having previously spent twelve years at EMC and Dell Technologies in several senior roles such as Senior Vice President and General Manager for the UK. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at BMC and PTC and founded a software distribution company in Johannesburg.Dayne has been an active promoter of several charity programs and campaigns to inspire young people to study STEM and to further strengthen the culture of diversity and inclusion. He is also committed to stimulating entrepreneurship and has led several strategic partnerships with start-up accelerators across the UK, to help entrepreneurs to grow and scale their businesses.Dayne holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cape Town and lives in London with his wife and four children. As a citizen of the world with proud South African heritage, he is a passionate follower of cricket and rugby.
