Before the pandemic, I was the Marketing Manager. My main focus was growing the business by bringing in new clientele. I accomplished this by nurturing current professional relationships and building new ones. I love public speaking and education so a big portion of my day was educating the community be hosting and participating in educational workshops, encouraging people to \"plan a head\". When I was hired on, we were averaging 40-50 calls for a care per month. We now, still 3 years later, average 80-100 calls for care per month. Since the pandemic hit, I have been working in the office managing scheduling and caregiver retention. Scheduling is a very mental intensive process. To ensure all shifts are covered daily involves intense critical thinking, top notch phone customer service, and the ability to multi-task between managing 2-4 software systems at a time, answering the phone, ensuring all caregivers are clocking in and out, and prep the future schedules to determine if more clients can be added to receive care.
