I\'ve always been in love with building things.Currently, I\'m a Change Manager at Microsoft — helping large consulting teams adopt new tools, processes, and ways of working using Prosci methodology. I\'ve learned that getting smart people to actually change how they work requires equal parts strategy, empathy, and creative communication. It\'s one of the more human problems in business, and I love it.But the through-line of my career has always been making things. I founded Hera AI, a women\'s health app. I\'ve written two books. I shoot photo and video, design brand identities, and have been building products since I launched a startup in college. I\'m a certified yoga teacher and have studied Ayurvedic nutrition — not just as hobbies, but because I genuinely believe wellness is one of the most underserved and exciting spaces to work in.I sit at the intersection of product thinking, creative execution, and strategic communication — and I\'m most alive when I\'m working on something that hasn\'t existed before.
