About Dayna Gowan
I am a public speaker, improviser, and Facilitator of Fun. Learning public speaking and improvisation skills have changed my life and made me a more confident speaker, colleague and friend. I have been incorporating improv games in every video conferencing meeting that I can, and I find that although people are nervous at first, they always enjoy the games and the opportunities to be creative! My mission is to make all meetings and workshops - whether online or in-person - fun and engaging for all attendees! I am also a corporate health and wellness professional with over 10 years experience working with companies to help improve the health and well-being of their employees.
