Solvera Solutions was acquired by Accenture in February 2023. My role was the same in both companies and my project carried over from one to the other.Performed Business Analyst duties on various projects Collaborated with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements through interviews, meetings and workshops with senior leaders as well as business and IT partners.Identify opportunities for process improvements including efficiency improvements and optimization through automation.Analyze and document requirements, processes, designs and workflows. Decide on solutions with development team, focusing on best practice and the desired outcomes of the customer. Participate in the development of new procedures and policies and recommend solutions related to ServiceNow best practices.Maintain communication and dialog between members of the client and Accenture teams to ensure input on the proposed solution is received continuously.Create training guides and train end users to ensure effective ability to use ServiceNow.See features from development to the completion of UAT tests, including writing testing requirements and executing and coordinating test cases/ensuring test cases are executed properly by appropriate parties. Identifying and resolving any issues and maintaining productive communications.Assist in the design and creation of reports based on stated outcomes and measured business requirements as well as best practice.Work with the Project Manager, Developers and other team members to assess project progress, manage risks and ensure timely delivery of solutions. Keep an open dialogue with stakeholders to ensure clear communication of status including risks, issues and updates.
