ABOUT DAYLE MINSHULL

I’m a skilled Maintenance Engineer with over 10 years of experience within several sectors including Aerospace and heavy Manufacturing. My first engineering role was for a company called Lanxess ltd. They have a site in the UK that produces inorganic pigments. My role was to maintain the site equipment and the site itself.I then joined the Royal Navy to become an Engineering Technician in Marine Engineering for Trafalgar class Nuclear Submarines. I stayed in for five years and left in march 2018. I then went to work for a world leading Heat Treatment organisation called Bodycote. I worked on maintaining all of the Vacuum Furnaces at the derby facility to keep them working efficiently and quickly respond to any breakdowns that occur. After that I went on to a company that’s produces safety critical fasteners for a wide variety of sectors. I was a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor managing a team of Experienced technicians. I am now in a Maintenance/Engineering planner within the steel manufacturing industry, I hope to learn a lot and part some on my experiences and knowledge to help the company grow.
