Engage in litigation ranging from direct representation to class actions challenging state systems.• Participate in all stages of discovery including depositions, document review, investigations, and client management.• Draft and review demand letters, FOIA requests, trial motions and briefs, amicus curiae briefs, and memoranda.• Oversee litigation initiatives such as class declarations collection, law enforcement surveys, and media campaigns.• Contribute to public advocacy efforts through public comment, stakeholder engagement, community outreach, and Know Your Rights trainings.• Supervise summer and semester legal interns on various cases; provide detailed feedback to written material.
