About Dayita S.
Product manager with experience shipping healthcare and fintech products. At Headway, I led the company\'s expansion into EAP (employer-sponsored benefits), and owned the product from zero through initial scaling across enterprise and government partnerships. I operate across strategy, product, and operations, with a track record of delivering in high-stakes, fast-paced environments with competing constraints and tight timelines.

Promoted from Strategy & Operations. Founding PM for Headway\'s employer-sponsored behavioral health (EAP) business. Built the investment case that reframed EAP from a cost center into a growth channel, owned product strategy and roadmap through initial scaling- Defined the product strategy and led development of a government-compliant provider EHR for managing military clients for Headway\'s first government program. Designed an isolated data architecture to meet federal privacy restrictions and shipped in <90 days with a 2-person engineering team. Delivery protected a $225M annual partnership, contributed to a $5M annualized rate increase, and opened access to mental health care for 3M+ previously underserved military members and families- Replaced a hardcoded single-client integration with configurable multi-tenant architecture for a behavioral health counseling product for employers, reducing new employer onboarding from 2+ weeks to under 1 day. Unlocked ~$1M ARR per large employer (10k+ employer base) and enabled scale to 65M+ covered lives across multiple enterprise partnerships- Influenced a major insurance carrier to invest in building new APIs for data sharing and eligibility verification, then shipped integrations for real-time eligibility checks, appointment data sharing, and automated claims processing. Replaced a fully manual invoicing workflow with a scalable pipeline, zero incidents post-launch- Launched automated billing corrections across 9 claim types, recovering ~$7M in claims loss (COGS). Identified gap in patient billing through support ticket analysis and proposed a standard cost-of-care model balancing cost recovery with patient experience.
