I am a delivery focussed and people centric Talent Acquisition / Recruitment professional with agency and in house experience. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to partner with some incredible Public sector organisations (HE institutions, central government agencies) to find and hire the best technology talent across the UK – more recently, I have worked within in-house talent teams for management consultancies focusing on leading and delivering complex hiring assignments. I have experience of recruiting at all levels and have led Director grade recruitment in my role at Newton.
