I maintain accurate records of resident interactions, incidents, and the support provided, ensuring that every individual receives personalized assistance in line with their needs.As a key liaison between residents and hotel management, I communicate essential information, address concerns, and ensure that all policies are adhered to for an exceptional guest experience. My focus is on offering the best support to those in vulnerable situations, while upholding the standards of the company, promoting a safe and welcoming environment.This role has enhanced my ability to manage delicate situations with empathy, improve communication across teams, and deliver high-quality service under challenging circumstances.
