ABOUT DAYANE RIBEIRO

With a background in Psychology and Marketing, I have transitioned from traditional advertising agencies into product management, bridging the gap between customers, product owners, designers, and developers. My focus has always been on what matters most to the end user—product usability and accurate results. In parallel, I create learning materials, including support articles, video training, and product user guides, ensuring users have the resources they need to succeed. Additionally, I maintain direct communication with customers to understand their needs and goals while managing a variety of tools and systems (PBIs, CRM, knowledge bases, content management, usability tracking, user guide builders, and more). As an ISTJ - Logistician, I thrive in structured, detail-oriented environments, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and user-centric product improvements.
