I am passionate about the human part in Human Resources and helping others. The wide variety of versatile HR tasks keeps me sharp and on top of regulations and policies and enables me to use my multi-skills to good use.Always on the lookout for the best and most qualified candidates to complement our workforce. I hold experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, training, public speaking, developing standard operating procedure (SOP), making processes more efficient and maximizing resources. My other passion is poverty alleviation through planned business development. I believe that supporting the strategic growth of entrepreneurship and small and medium enterprises drives sustainable economic growth, competitiveness, and job creation.My studies in International Business and work experience in international affairs, government, and international organizations have provided me with practical and professional skills while honing my linguistic abilities (English, Spanish, and French). Through these experiences I have gained a world view that enables me to work and lead successfully in international development. I have extensive experience in customer engagement in multicultural environments and I have quickly adapted and learned to navigate complex regulations and classified systems.I also hold work experience in managing information and navigating the intricate industry of shipping; all while prioritizing and meeting strict deadlines. My organizational skills, initiative, research abilities, and policy analysis are well honed. I also have a great deal of experience working autonomously, in teams and in situations that demand high ethical standards, attention to diplomatic protocols and high detail.I wish to use my knowledge and experience in a professional team where I can make a difference while contributing to current business needs and developing workforce and new markets worldwide.
