   In my role as a BIM Specialist in Construction Planning, I help bring construction projects to life by connecting 3D models with real-time planning and cost data. My work focuses on using digital tools to improve how teams plan, coordinate, and deliver high-rise building projects.I create and manage detailed 3D models, then link them with time and cost elements to build 4D and 5D simulations. This allows project teams to visualize the construction process, make informed decisions early, and avoid costly delays or rework. I rely on tools like Bexel Manager, Synchro 4D, and open-source platforms like Bonsai and IfcOpenShell to support everything from quantity takeoff and cost estimation to model validation and scheduling workflows.I also make sure models follow international standards like ISO 19650 and are structured using Uniformat and Masterformat classifications, so the information we deliver is accurate, consistent, and easy for everyone to use.What I enjoy most is making the complex simple—using technology to bridge the gap between digital models and real-world construction. It’s rewarding to see how the right use of BIM can improve collaboration, reduce waste, and help deliver projects on time and within budget.
