Key Responsibilities:+Program and Curriculum Development: Manage and lead the development and curriculum of the Resilience Academy, which focuses on providing education, training, and resources to help climate activists, change-makers, future-builders, Earth stewards, and active citizens develop skills, knowledge, tools, and strategies needed to effectively address the mental and emotional challenges posed by climate change and the ecological crisis.+Regular trainings and workshops: Facilitate regular trainings, workshops, and seminars based on the evolving needs of the DAO members. Topics may include diversity and inclusion, neurodiversity, Ikigai alignment, restorative justice, conscious communication, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, stress reduction, trauma-informed practices, inner development goals, burn-out prevention, eco-anxiety/ecological grief, somatic intelligence, psychology of flow and optimal experience, etc.+Management of the Wellness Hub: Manage and maintain the Wellness Hub within the DAO, which is a resource for emotional well-being, inner regeneration, and emotional resilience.+Resources for emotional/mental health and well-being: Offer and find resources for emotional/mental health and well-being and guard the emotional resilience, strength, and capacity of DAO members.
