I hold online sessions with people from anywhere on the globe.I’m a confidence-building, career and well-being coach who specialises in supporting you during the changes you want to make to achieve outstanding results and create a winner mindset.I’ve been in love with coaching since I was introduced to it in 2015 when I attended my first coach seminar in Brazil. This was life-changing to me! The conference was held in Sao Paulo, and it lasted for three days, around 16 hours per day! That was such an immersion. I used to smoke socially since I was a teenager, even not being a regular smoker; this was something that I realised I needed to change to improve my health and reassure my self-love because deep inside, I knew I could treat myself better. After this seminar, I quit smoking and never touched another cigarette again. This seminar wasn’t about quitting smoking or any addition; it was about changing things in life that doesn’t serve you anymore, moving towards becoming who you want to be.I realised how one change could impact many things in my life.Knowing that a coach can support any change, I decided to study and get certified as a professional coach and NLP practitioner to help more and more people walk through their career path, increasing their confidence and wellbeing. Changes can hurt, making you feel insecure, but trust me, it is worth the price you pay when you realise that you can do so many extraordinary things.It doesn’t matter how big or small is the change you make; it impacts you and the people around you forever.So, if you are thinking of changing your lifestyle, limiting beliefs, behaviours, building your own business, or changing your professional path, I’m here to help you through this process. You can do this independently but having someone guiding you and being accountable makes a massive difference.
