ABOUT DAXESH MANKAD

Daxesh Mankad is a Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Inbobaijin Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. It is a KK Modi group company and successful joint venture with Sanghai Baijin Corporation Limited to set up India’s first Natural gas based zero discharge CS2 manufacturing facility at SEZ in Dahej. He is responsible for company\'s P&L, business growth, business compliances, EHS, manufacturing and people strategy. He is having a 24years of rich experience of Supply Chain, manufacturing, project management, EHS, Quality, Sales & Marketing in versatile industries like Asian Paints (paints and resins), Arysta LifeScience- US MNC (Agro chemical), FOSECO -UK MNC (Foundry Chemicals and Coatings) and LOXIM (Textile and Leather Dyes). He is a Change leader with strong people development & negotiation skills. He is having skill and experience of merger, demerger, integration of process, people, plants and warehouses. Good hand on lean & clean manufacturing concepts, possessing green belt in six sigma and completed many projects. Good negotiator and effective team leader. Process Improvement skill, cost conscious mindset Project management, strong knowledge of EHS and quality improvement tools. He is a sought after speaker at various universities, industry forums on technical and softer aspects. He was awarded as Global performer Employ award in Arysta for 3 consecutive years for compliance, CASH and Productivity category. He is also engaged in philanthropic activities of ANAND ASHRAM and Art of Living in his free time and putting efforts to serving back to society by offering time, money and resources.
