Being the Founder and Chief Technology Officer of TST Technology, I guide and motivate our teammates to enhance their technical knowledge and skills as that is required for true innovation. I provide AI-driven technical training on creating software architecture and software development along with nurturing teammates with thought leadership to drive growth.We create products with proper software and technical architecture to make them scalable and deliver them timely. Creating and implementing AI processes has reduced development time by 30%. Being process-driven, I created an NPM package to create forms in React to save a lot of time for developers by avoiding complex, repetitive work. Furthermore, we have developed a server monitoring platform, Wooffer, that allows developers and business owners alike, to get real-time notifications in the Slack channel about their server functions and health.
