A United States Marine Corps veteran and dedicated security professional with 27 years of law enforcement experience, coupled with 9 years in Executive Protection with Heads of State. Dax takes pride in his work and is adept at following safety procedures, performing in adverse conditions and working both independently or as part of a team. He is a quick thinker who can stay calm in stressful situations and has superb communication skills, and will have no difficulty taking command of situations that require a high level of tact and diplomacy. Dax is well groomed, smart and confident by nature. He possesses a methodical work habit and can be relied upon to complete any task to the highest of standards. Dax is familiar in the use of today\'s social media outlets as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint programs. Dax was honorably service retired from the California Highway Patrol. His last assignment was in commercial vehicle enforcement, contributing his efforts in reducing the State\'s mileage death rate through quality commercial vehicle inspections. With those efforts, he assists the Department of Homeland Security through constant monitoring and response to radiation incidents. Dax has worked in many units within his agency, but his most notable service was in the Governor\'s Protective Detail, under the California Governor Schwarzenegger and Brown administrations. Dax\'s years of service within these two administrations have given him an extensive background in the protection of public officials as well as major event planning and coordination. He was also assigned to a specialized unit as a squad team member in his Department\'s Special Response Team and has been deployed in that capacity on multiple occasions to civil unrest and natural disasters. His success is credited to the people he serves and to the men and women he works with on a daily basis.Upon leaving state service, Dax was a Close Protection Team member for the Las Vegas Raiders. He provided immediate close security to professional National Football League players, coaches, staff and company assets. Additionally, he held the position as the Assistant Director of Security at Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas and provided direct operational oversight of the security department.Dax recently transitioned into the private sector holding positions as an Executive Protection Agent and security specialitst.
