Preconstruction Manager @FCI Constructors, Inc.

I work closely with our internal Marketing and Business Development teams in developing strategies to procure new projects. I am responsible for generating General Conditions and Fee proposals for CM/GC and Design-Build RFP\'s. Other primary responsibilities include providing construction cost estimates from concept level design through design completion, managing cost trend logs / VE logs, managing estimators within our preconstruction department, working with Owners, Owner Representatives, Architects and Engineers to ensure projects can be built within specific budget parameters, tracking current market conditions and maintaining and developing relationships with sub-contractors.
