I am currently a Senior at the Kelley School of Business studying Business Management. I am from Chin State, Myanmar so I have experienced the best of both Western and Eastern cultures in my life. Empathy for others has come naturally to me so I do my best to understand those I interact with on a day-to-day basis. I aspire to be a well-rounded manager that is knowledgeable in many fields. Through my experience as a manager at House4Mino, a local Chin-based record label in Indiana, I have learned how to foster connections with the artist and the audience. From artist management to marketing, I have honed my interpersonal, communicative, and collaborative skills to strive for success.
