I help clients in the construction industry resolve complex claims and disputes by combining legal expertise with practical, commercial insight. My work spans mediation, adjudication, arbitration, and litigation support, giving me a broad perspective on how best to manage and resolve disputes.Over my career, I’ve held roles across the industry: in-house legal counsel for a project management company, consultant with a boutique dispute resolution practice, associate at a leading international law firm, and senior consultant with global claims consultancies. These experiences have equipped me to view disputes from every angle, contractual, commercial, and strategic.Today, as an Associate Director at Secretariat, I advise contractors, owners, and project stakeholders on the formulation, pursuit, and resolution of claims. I focus on delivering clear, evidence-based analysis that supports informed decision-making and drives efficient resolution.I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and an internationally accredited mediator through CEDR. These credentials reflect my commitment to impartiality, professionalism, and best practice in dispute resolution.My goal is always to cut through complexity, provide clarity, and help clients achieve outcomes that protect relationships as well as commercial interests.
