About Dawson Hall
I am currently a Production Supervisor for The Clorox Company in our Houston, Texas Manufacturing Plant. This is the second of three roles that I will enter in Clorox\'s Supply Chain Leadership Development Program (SCLDP), which is a 3-year program that gives me a wholistic, cross-functional view of the business. I graduated in May of 2023 from the University of Tennessee, where I studied Supply Chain Management with a concentration in International Business. I have international experience from living in South Africa as well as all across the United States. My experiences have made me adaptable, disciplined, focused. I completed my first role as a Production Services Engineer for our Cleaning Business Unit, and I\'ve also held internships with Clayton Homes and Clorox, which taught me how to carry myself as a business professional, as well as given me experience within DC Operations & Supply Chain Analytics.
