Key responsibilities include:Invoice Processing & Payment Management: Process vendor invoices in Sage Intacct, ensuring compliance with company policies, approval workflows, and timely payments.Month-End Close Assistance: Support the monthly close process for Lydian Energy and its subsidiaries, ensuring accurate financial reporting and adherence to deadlines.Vendor Setup & Payment Processing: Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to onboard approved vendors and facilitate vendor payments through the banking portal.Expense & Travel Reimbursements: Oversee employee travel and expense (T&E) payments via Ramp, ensuring proper documentation, policy compliance, and timely processing.Account Reconciliations & Financial Accuracy: Prepare monthly account reconciliations for review by senior accounting leadership, identifying and resolving discrepancies.Audit Support & Compliance: Assist in the annual audit process by providing transaction support, responding to auditor inquiries, and ensuring adherence to internal controls.Process Improvement & Internal Controls: Contribute to the development and enhancement of accounting policies, procedures, and controls to improve efficiency and financial accuracy.
